Dr. Fatma Mohamed Al Wahaibi

Dr. Fatma Mohamed Al-Wahaibi is a highly respected Consultant in Gynecologic Oncology and Obstetrics and Gynecology, recognized for her expertise in the diagnosis and management of complex gynecologic cancers and advanced women’s health conditions in Oman. With extensive international training and years of clinical experience, Dr. Fatma is committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care using the latest evidence-based medical and surgical approaches. She specializes in the treatment and management of gynecologic cancers, including cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, uterine cancer, endometrial cancer, vulvar cancer, and precancerous gynecologic conditions. Fatma completed advanced subspecialty training at Belfast City Hospital, where she earned her Clinical Fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology. She also holds the prestigious European Gynecologic Oncology Diploma (FESGO), reflecting her high level of expertise and commitment to excellence in women’s cancer care. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Fatma is actively involved in academic medicine, medical research, and specialist training. She has contributed to numerous international medical publications and presented her research at leading global conferences, including the European Society of Gynecologic Oncology (ESGO) Congress. Fatma is passionate about advancing women’s healthcare in Oman and plays an important role in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education, mentoring and training future Obstetrics and Gynecology specialists.
