Dr. Adil Hashim Al Kindi

Dr. Adil Hashim Al Kindi is Graduated from Sultan Qaboos University in 2001 with High Honors and completed residency training in Cardiac Surgery at McGill University, Montreal, Canada in 2010. Followed by an advanced fellowship in Thoracic Surgical Oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, New York, USA, from 2010 to 2011. He worked as a Clinical Associate in Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, USA, where he trained and gained experience in TAVI and aortic surgery from 2011 to 2012. In 2012 he re-joined SQUH as a consultant in Cardiothoracic Surgery. In 2015, Dr. Adil was appointed ahead of the Division of Cardiothoracic Surgery in SQUH, as a consultant, he has experience with over 1000 cases in cardiac and thoracic surgery. He has introduced a number of new procedures in the country mainly in minimally invasive thoracic and cardiac surgery.
