Dr. Omar Al Busaidi, a distinguished medical professional, embarked on his journey in the field of medicine at Sultan Qaboos University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in 2012. His passion for advancing medical knowledge led him to pursue a Master of Health Science degree at the University of Calgary in 2019, specializing in acute care surgery outcomes. During his tenure at the University of Calgary, Dr. Al Busaidi dedicated himself to furthering his expertise in general surgery through a rigorous residency program, which he successfully completed in 2022. Eager to expand his skills and knowledge, he pursued a fellowship in Laparoscopic, Upper GI, and Bariatric Surgery at the same institution, culminating in his graduation in 2023.
